- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch has horrible customer service. As I sat and waited over an hour to speak with a banker, the woman in the back with blonde hair and glasses continued to talk with other bankers customers for an extended period of time. Then she proceeds to go back to her desk and sit down only to walk to the front and notice four people patiently waiting to be seen. Not only does she acknowledge this, she decides she would just go back behind the counter and continue her little pow wow. I guess customer service is dead and gossip is more Important than doing the job they pay you to do. I will be switching my membership to a more customer friendly bank.
