- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ever since we got a new mail carrier, we keep getting other people's mail. I have complained about it to the USPS twice. The first time I complained, nothing happened. Nobody contacted me. The second time I complained, Jason Convery with the Salem P.O. emailed me and said he would address the problem. He told me to call him on the main P.O. phone if the problem continued. On 2/23/16, we received TWO different people's mail. I called for Jason but NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I have no way to email Jason either. We have received other people's mail over 20 times since November (Which is around the same time we got a new carrier)!! Please send Brian back to be our carrier! I will say, though, that the P.O. employees who work inside the P.O. in Salem are usually very nice, very helpful and very patient!By Debbie Hargus, June 21, 2017
