  Most of the people that work at this Firm are great, but Christine her self is absolutely horrible and rude. We hired Christine to handle multiple cases for my family. Mainly Christine does not seem to comprehend is that once a client hires and pays her she then is supposed to work for the client... Not like an employer-employee type or relationship, but at least work for the client, as in do what she is paid to do. Rather, Christine chooses to be arrogant and prefers to get paid and then do things her way, once confronted when we (the clients) aren't happy with the promised results that weren't nearly accomplished, she becomes a devil like a character, is the best I can explain, she get defensive, and throws out insults to give her clients guilt rather than taking accountability for her short comings. I suggest you find another attorney, Like Jennifer Dean who is also has a firm in the Roanoke Valley, she is great. We didn't get the opportunity to deal with Jennifer at her new firm, but our previous experience with Jennifer (when she worked at Poarch Law) was indeed a pleasant experience. PS: Christine happens to also be very rude to her co workers, something we noticed very clearly and witnessed first hand during our visits the Poarch Law office.
